With an extensive network of shops, it offers carefully selected garments that combine fashion, quality, and environmental commitment. Every purchase at Humana helps reduce textile waste and supports social and international cooperation projects in 14 European countries, 10 African countries, 3 in Latin America, and in China. Its circular model drives a new way of understanding fashion — more ethical, supportive, and respectful of the planet. Challenge The implementation of CashDro arose from the need to manage an increasingly large cash flow (coins and banknotes) as well as the rapid expansion of stores across the Iberian Peninsula in recent years. Manual cash handling caused long queues during peak hours and lengthy processes during cash register changes, requiring one employee to act exclusively as a Cash Manager in charge of all store cash. Additionally, the lack of reliable banknote validation led to the late detection of counterfeit bills, which had to be regularly reported to the police. Solution The client opted for an intelligent cash management solution by integrating a customer-facing CashDro system at its points of sale. This way, sales assistants no longer handle cash directly, giving customers a sense of independence and significantly improving their shopping experience. As explained by André Figueiral, IT Manager at Humana and responsible for the implementation of CashDro across all stores, improvements were noticeable from day one. First, long queues during cash closing disappeared, as CashDro allows instant, error-free transitions. In addition, there was no longer a need for a dedicated Cash Manager, since CashDro ensures that the register always balances, with every transaction recorded. Last but not least, they stopped going to the police with counterfeit bills, as CashDro features top-tier validators certified by the European Central Bank. New Solutions Implemented Humana is currently installing the CashDro4+ model in each of its stores, thus reinforcing the need to incorporate the most secure smart cash drawer on the market into its 85 locations. Furthermore, having access to platforms such as Customer Controller and the recently launched CustomerApp gives the client total, real-time, and remote control of their cash flow from anywhere in the world.

CashDro gathers partners from 4 Continents at the CashDro International Convention 2025

CashDro held its 2025 International Convention at the PortAventura Business & Events Convention Center in Tarragona, Spain, bringing together nearly 200 partners from four continents and marking a new milestone in global innovation and collaboration within the sector. The event established itself as a meeting point where technology, strategic planning, and a forward-looking vision took center stage. During the convention, attendees had the opportunity to discover, firsthand, the latest innovations in CashDro’s portfolio. Highlights included the Self-Checkout SelfQuiosk CQ solutions for supermarkets and the new SelfQuiosk RFID for the retail sector, a new and innovative electronic opening system for CashDro smart drawers, and an adaptive pad for T-Quiosk, specially designed for people with functional diversity. In addition, the CustomerApp and TechApp were presented, enabling real-time monitoring and management via mobile devices for end customers and Certified Technicians respectively. The event also unveiled a new technical intervention registration system with Certified Technician identification, as well as the CashDro University project. Beyond the presentations, the convention was a clear reflection of the company’s philosophy: moving forward together into the future by fostering collaboration, creating synergies, and promoting technological innovation. CashDro presents its news at hip 2025

From March 10 to 12 at IFEMA Madrid, CashDro presented its latest news together with its three wholesalers in Spain, Bam Sistems, ICG and Smart Cash Management. SelfQuiosk CQ, the new Self Checkout hardware solution for supermarkets, minimarkets, convenience stores,... and the new CustomerApp that allows users to monitor and manage the cash of their business from their mobile, in real time and from anywhere, were presented to great acclaim. The visitors to the event also were able to learn about all the news of CashDro, T-Quiosk, Hiobot and TS20 scales.

CASHDRO DAZZLES IN ITS PRESENTATION AT HORECAVA 2025

CashDro, in collaboration with the Dutch Concession, KluisKassa (CashDro Nederland) - ESME Group, presented the safest cashdrawer on the market at the Horecava trade fair in Amsterdam. For four days, the CashDro S, CashDro4+, CashDro5 and CashDro7 models were on exhibited, accompanied by T-Quiosk solutions, offering a complete catalogue, creating buzz among visitors. The event, held at the RAI Amsterdam complex from 13 to 16 January, brings together more than 60,000 participants from 30,000 interested companies every year who visit more than 600 exhibitors from the Horeca sector. It is the innovative and inspiring platform and the largest Dutch trade fair for catering professionals in the food service industry for 65 years. Thus, CashDro strengthens its leadership in the Dutch market, bringing its smart cash management solutions to all types of customers.
