CashDro Showcases the Future of Self-Checkout at SIRHA Budapest 2026
SelfQuiosk CQ Takes Centre Stage at CashDro’s Participation in One of Central Europe’s Leading Food and Hospitality Trade Fairs
From March 3 to 5, CashDro participated in SIRHA Budapest 2026, held at the HUNGEXPO Budapest Congress and Exhibition Center in the Hungarian capital. The event brought together more than 27,000 professional visitors and 420 exhibitors from 26 countries, once again establishing itself as a key meeting point for the hospitality, gastronomy, food, and retail sectors.
CashDro’s presence was supported by Banktech Safe, the brand’s official concessionaire in Hungary, which has spent years developing the local market and strengthening the adoption of intelligent cash management solutions.
During the trade fair, industry professionals had the opportunity to discover the full range of CashDro devices first-hand — CashDro S, CashDro 4+, CashDro 5, and CashDro 7 — alongside T-Quiosk self-service solutions, specifically designed to improve efficiency and streamline payment processes in the hospitality sector.
However, the main highlight of this edition was SelfQuiosk CQ, which was presented for the first time in the Hungarian market. This self-checkout solution, designed for supermarkets, minimarkets, and convenience stores, attracted particular interest among visitors, who were able to discover a new way to optimise the shopping process and enhance the customer experience at the point of sale.
The excellent reception of this new solution reinforces the potential of SelfQuiosk CQ as part of the evolution of CashDro’s portfolio, extending its reach beyond the hospitality sector and opening up new opportunities in retail.
Through this participation, CashDro and Banktech Safe reaffirm their commitment to innovation and the development of the Hungarian market, bringing solutions that address the evolving needs of the retail and hospitality sectors. The introduction of SelfQuiosk CQ marks another step in CashDro’s strategy to drive payment automation and operational efficiency across different industries.
